“Essential Question: What (Who) am I?” Anita, JDPSN will discuss the tradition and method of focusing on a question in meditation. What is the relevance of keeping this big question in our busy, multi-layered, multi-tasking lives? How does this practice relate to kong-an training? These questions will be explored in an effort to help us refine, begin or re-invigorate our practice.

On Friday evening Zen Master Ji Bong will present a lecture in his ongoing Foundations of Zen teaching program. These lectures are open to the public, but are considered an integral aspect of training for Senior Dharma Teachers, Dharma Teachers and Ten Precept holders who plan to be trained as future teachers.
