A Guided Tour into the Mysteries of the Heart Sutra with Ken McLeod

Participants will take an experiential journey into the mysteries of the Heart Sutra. Through a combination of meditation practice, reflective frameworks, and pointing out instructions, Ken will guide participants into the central teaching of the Heart Sutra—anything is possible. Well versed in the Heart Sutra, Ken will draw on commentaries both ancient and modern, including those by Hakuin and Red Pine, and his own recently published commentary, An Arrow to the Heart.
